The 2026–2027 Building Needs Assessment reflects staff perceptions regarding student achievement, staffing, professional development, instructional resources, technology, facilities, extended learning opportunities, and family engagement. Overall, the responses indicate that staff believe the district has many strong instructional and technological resources in place while also identifying opportunities to strengthen areas of concern.
